Delete your Circle account

You can delete your Circle account and all of its data at any time.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

1. Open Circle and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: ask us

If you can’t open the app, send a deletion request from the email address of your Circle account to info@dcodz.com, or message us on WhatsApp +20 111 190 4091 with your account email. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email)
• Your businesses and stores
• Products, inventory and stock history
• Sales, purchases, payments, customers and suppliers
• Uploaded images

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone, so export anything you need (for example CSV files) first. Usage analytics collected by Firebase are kept only for our configured retention period and are not linked to a deleted account’s business data. See our Privacy Policy.
