Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Circle app (“the App”) and the justacircle.com website, operated by DCODZ, Giza, Egypt (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Circle is an inventory, sales and point-of-sale app for shops and small businesses. The App is currently free: no subscription and no credit card. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without your agreement.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings › Delete Account in the App, or by requesting deletion.

3. Your data

You own the business data you enter (products, sales, customers, suppliers and so on). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the App to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers’ and suppliers’ details, and for keeping your own copies (for example CSV exports) of records you are legally required to keep.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for anything illegal, do not try to access other users’ data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

5. Taxes and invoices

Circle helps you keep records, but it is not an accounting, tax-filing or certified e-invoicing system, and it is not certified by ZATCA (Saudi Arabia), the ETA (Egypt) or the FTA (UAE). You are responsible for your tax obligations and for checking figures with your accountant.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page with a new date; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
